If you have insurance
A membership does not replace insurance. Many members keep a vision plan for glasses and join here for the exam, and a few keep medical insurance for eye problems. A membership's term, how to cancel and the refund rule are on the plans page.
Tell the office the name of your plan when you call. We tell you what it can bill and what you pay yourself, before your visit.
Your prescription is yours. We give you a copy after your exam and fitting, and you can fill it anywhere.
Not sure which applies to you?
Call the office with the name of your plan and we will go through it before you book.
