Your prescription is yours

Your prescription is yours. We give you a copy after your exam and fitting, and you can fill it anywhere.

Glasses

At the end of your exam, we give you a copy of your glasses prescription. You do not have to buy glasses from us, and you do not have to ask twice.

Contact lenses

When your fitting is finished, we give you a copy of your contact lens prescription. It says the lens type, size and strength, and how long it is good for.

If you are a member

The same applies. A membership never holds back a prescription, whether you cancel it or ask for a refund.
